RingdateR is a grpahical and statistical tool for crossdting annually resolved time series such as tree rings or molluc, coral and otolith growth increments. The app is available both as a web app and as a package in R.

Ringmeasurer is a tool for both the automated and manual generation of growth ring width data. The app uses machine learning approaches to automate the genration of growth ring width data. The se mesurements can then be validated by a researcher. the app can also be used to manually generate growth ring width data. The app is currently undergoing internal testing.
